Ensuring your jewellery reaches Essex Bespoke Jewellery safely and promptly is key to completing this service. We recommend using a Recorded Special Delivery courier that offers insurance to safeguard your valuable items. If you run into any issues, don’t hesitate to contact your courier for help before contacting Essex Bespoke Jewellery.

In our Essex workshop, we restore each item to its original splendour using traditional techniques and high-quality materials. Contact us today to discuss your repair needs!

Returning Your Jewellery

We will email you to inform you that we will return your jewellery. We usually do this via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with the appropriate insurance to cover the cost of your items. Tracking numbers will be included in our email.
